Innovative and contemporary project that consists of the realization of a multi-family building made up of 24 high standing homes.
The plot is located between two roads, facing a third, to be built and that will be part of the project.
The topography describes a sloping surface, with a seven-meter drop. Taking this fact into consideration, it is decided to divide the proposed volume into seven cubes, in such a way that each one of them allows the absorption of one meter of unevenness, thus leaving the building perfectly adapted to the terrain.
After this first fitting exercise, two types of housing are designed, one of 120 square meters and two bedrooms and the other, developed as a duplex, of 180 square meters and three bedrooms. Both are designed with the same premise.
In this way, each house starts from a generator axis composed of a garden, which allows life to develop around it. The access of natural lighting is made to coincide with this green space, an effect achieved by placing the aforementioned volumes, so that light can access each of them.
The entrances are located inside the block, an area in which a landscaping treatment is carried out through the inclusion of vegetation.
Inside this, there are three wooden volumes within which the communication nuclei are located. From these nuclei, some fingers come out, in a catwalk shape, that they go to look for at the entrances of the houses.
However, a dry and prefabricated construction system is chosen, made entirely of wood, thus forming a building composed of sustainable materials.
