The house has 2 double bedrooms, a full bathroom with a shower, an equipped kitchen, a living-dining room, air conditioning.

The Es Girasols Apartments are located in the farthest part of the San Jaime Mediterráneo apartment complex, about 1000 meters from Son Bou beach. It is a very quiet complex, with no restaurant or entertainment. The main room has a double bed and the small room has 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave and complete utensils. It has a complete bathroom, with a washing machine and the living-dining room has a TV, satellite receiver and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Surrounded by gardens and with access to the community pool. There are restaurants, supermarkets and shopping areas less than 500 meters away.

Booking conditions

• To make a reservation by phone or by e-mail, once the availability and the total amount of the stay in the requested accommodation have been confirmed, the identification data of the person making the reservation are necessary.
  Said person will be provided with an account number where they must deposit 50% of the total amount of the stay within a maximum period of 24 hours.
• After said period of 24 hours and if the requested 50% has not been paid, the reservation will be considered cancelled, and the client must contact the accommodation again to confirm if the requested house is still available.
• The amount of the advance that is made is to guarantee the client that the apartment is reserved for him and the host to ensure that the client will appear on the stipulated date.
• The payment of the remaining amount until completing the total reservation can be paid in two ways, in cash, at the time of arrival at the home and after signing the contract or by bank transfer before the arrival of the client.
• At the time of arrival, a deposit/deposit of 500 Euros will be requested, which will serve as a guarantee of good use of the facilities and will be fully returned upon departure if there has been no damage or damage to the furniture and belongings of the house.

General conditions

• The customer agrees to deliver it the same as he found it, in perfect condition, having washed the dishes used and removed the organic waste.

Entry and exit times:

• The departure time (check-out) is until 11:00.
• The check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
